Plumbing & Heating Experts in Kettering

Very professional from start to finish. We had a new boiler fitted, a gas wall heater removed and a gas stove put in. The guys (James, Harry and Chuck) were very efficient, courteous, helpful and friendly. Their work was clean and extremely tidy and they left our home clean and tidy too. Liv too was very professional and friendly to the point of passing lower prices from their supplier on (thanks Liv). Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Amazing customer service and fast to come round and fix the issue leaving us with no worries

Lewis and the team have been absolutely amazing getting our new boiler fitted! 🏡 We knew when we moved in that this was going to be one of the big jobs, and they’ve done such a brilliant job — even managing to get everything tucked away and hidden up in the loft 🙌 They also somehow managed to get the job done while putting up with our crazy boxer causing chaos along the way 😂🐶 Thank you so much, guys! We’re so grateful — this winter is going to be a LOT easier (and warmer!) 🔥🤍 cannot wait for our bathrooms !

L A.J have fitted me a new bathroom a new boiler and also a new radiator, Lewis has been out to me in the evening before when I couldn't get my thermostat to work and he connected it for me, I won't use anyone else their service is brilliant, highly recommend

I've called in L.AJ plumbing a few times now. Honestly the best service I've received from a plumber. Recently my toilet made a sound I hadn't heard before, messaged Lewis & he was out the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Even my dog loves him, so would definitely recommend L.AJ to anyone!

Really impressed with the service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber. We’ll certainly be using them again in the future!

Had wet room fitted today by LAJ . Absolutely first class job, BRILLIANT. Well done. Highly recommended

LAJ installed a new boiler for us. We were impressed from first time meeting Lewis for a quote - punctual and very friendly, talking through options available and giving honest advice. The actual work performed by Charlie, was to an excellent standard, cleaning as he went to ensure no mess was left. I found LAJ to be flexible too, being too hot weather to test the radiators, I asked if they could come back another day for this final check and they happily obliged. LAJ were reasonably priced too, being the cheapest of two quotes we received. Very customer focused, excellent communication skills and a rare quality of being very reliable! We won't use any one else now, we're really happy to have found this company. Highly recommend.

Great service, messaged them over the weekend and replied and offered me an appointment on Monday or Wednesday. Turned up on time and helped with the problem and offered great advice and will be using again.

We came back from 2 weeks abroad with my partner desperate for a good cup of tea, only to find our boiling water tap had developed a leak so we couldn't use it. Made contact with LAJ quite late that evening, they got back to me immediately and booked to come first thing the following morning. Needed a part which was ordered and installed the following day. I honestly cant fault these guys and will not use anyone else after this experience. The engineers we polite, friendly, helpful, tidy and respectful, Olivia in the office has been completely on the ball, and they are very fair with the cost as well. 100% would recommend every time

Used L.A.J Plumbing and Heating Ltd a few times now, the last being for a boiler installation and I must say the value, service and the response times, plus the tidying up after (let’s face it, this is rare with some trades!) is great. Will use them again for sure.
